You provide the data, I provide the figures. I'll help you turn all that information in your high parameter cytometry data into meaningful interpretation. I can use any of these approaches: clustering, tSNE, UMAP, FlowSOM, heat maps, dendrograms, barcharts, automated detection of differing subpopulations. If you have enough samples, we can also discuss using machine learning to classify samples and predict outcomes.
