The Liston-Dooley lab's flowcytoscript for simplified cytometry data analysis has been updated.
Highlights:
A new version that is easier to use on Apple computers.
Automatic ArcSinh transformation for CyTOF data.
Specific, automated biexponential transforms for data from BD's FACSDiscoverS8 and Bio-Rad's ZE5.
While anyone can use either version, the Mac version will be easier to install on a Mac (and slightly slower), while the main version will be slightly faster, and should pose no issues on Windows. Both versions provide tSNE and UMAP visualizations, clustering via FlowSOM or Phenograph, statistics, PCA and marker expression plots.
Helios CyTOF data (human PBMC, Standard BioTools' example data) presented on a tSNE with ArcSinh transformation. Colored overlays are Phenograph clusters.
Aurora flow cytometry data (mouse WT vs. BATF-KO gut CD4 T cells) presented on a UMAP with biexponential transformation. Heatmap coloration represents CD69 expression.
FACSDiscoverS8 data (human PBMC from OMIP-102) presented on a tSNE with biexponential transformation. Colored overlays are Phenograph clusters.
